SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £25 to the mainland UK.

All orders are dispatched next day from our Gosport Warehouse and delivered in most cases within 1-2 days.

If you are located in the Isles, Scottish Highlands, or Northern Ireland please allow an additional 2 days for delivery

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are no longer servicing international orders from the UK. If you are looking to become a wholesaler or distributor of shore please contact james@premax.co

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To make a return please email info@premax.co. Please specify your order number and which items you would like to return

Items must be returned within 30days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened and in a condition fit for resale. Refunds will be processed within 7days of receipt of goods. 

If your goods arrive damaged or are in any way unfit for use please email us at info@premax.co so we can arrange replacement or refund.
